New Chair of Trustees

Horsham Learning Alliance has announced a change in leadership, as Graham Lawrence stepped down from his role as Chair of Trustees on 27 March.
Graham has led the Board with dedication and commitment, overseeing a significant period of change including the academisation of Collyer’s and the establishment of Horsham Learning Alliance. Having previously served as Chair of Governors at Collyer’s for four years, he went on to help form and lead HLA’s inaugural Board of Trustees. His leadership has played a key role in shaping the Trust’s foundations and direction, and his contribution has been widely valued.
Graham Lawrence said:
“It has been a privilege to serve as Chair of Governors at Collyer’s and, subsequently, as Chair of Trustees at HLA. I am proud of what we have achieved together and am grateful to colleagues for their support. I leave with great confidence in the Trust’s future and wish Dom every success in the role."
Following his departure, Dom Valente has been appointed as the new Chair of Trustees. He brings extensive experience and valuable insight and will lead the Trust as it continues to grow and build on its achievements.
